I founded MM&Co. after realising that so many small business owners had been sold a lie, based on overcomplicated strategy from people who didn't care about them, or deliver on their promises. I wanted to change that.
Fast forward to today, MM&Co has supported hundreds of businesses, helping them grow smarter, building their marketing skills and generating millions in revenue.

Tahlia set up Marketing Manager & Co. back in 2019, after spending 7 years freelancing in many small businesses after her three children were born. She saw that there was a gap in marketing knowledge, and the right support for small business owners, so she created a business to fill the need and give her the financial independence in a business which worked for her family.

Ellen’s ADHD makes her think differently, so she always brings creativity and a unique perspective to your marketing campaigns.
