What to Expect
Part One - Building your Strategy
(Weeks 1-3)
We’ll take you through the essentials of strategy building, from a simple audit, to identifying your ideal customer, and speaking their language, and setting goals to focus your activity to work for you.
This is the most crucial part of the programme, and that’s why so much time is dedicated to getting your strategy clear - without this, the rest won’t work.
You’ll also get access to our Honest Marketing Playbook, so you can work through it at your own pace if you want to get ahead. You can take a look at the contents by watching the video.
Part Two - Making your Plans
(weeks 4-6)
We’ll help you piece together the elements of marketing which make most sense for your business. We’ll take you through everything from making an actionable plan, to creating content and selecting your email marketing tool. And finally, we’ll help you track and measure your progress.

Part Three - Delivery
(Weeks 7-12)
With weekly accountability sessions, the focus now is on action and results. We’ll plan and schedule your marketing, and check in to monitor and understand results. Then, we go again.
